There are no forms on this site
You will not find a contact form, a quote form, a newsletter sign-up or a customer account anywhere on these pages. Nothing you do on the site asks you to type in your name, address, email or phone number, so none of that reaches us through the website itself.
What we keep when you call
When you call, we note what we need to do the job: your name, phone number, the property address, a description of the tree, and anything you tell us about access, timing or damage. Our phone service also keeps a standard record of the call, such as the number that called and when.
- We use those details to schedule a visit, price the work, carry it out and follow up about that job.
- We share them only as far as the job requires, for example the address on a Parks and Recreation permit or a PECO make-safe request.
- If your call is forwarded to another local tree company because every crew is booked, that company receives the call and whatever you tell it, and its own practices apply.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, this one runs on a host that records basic technical details for each request: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the page you came from, and the date and time. Those logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and they are kept only as long as the host needs them for that.
Google Maps and Google Fonts
Two pieces of this site come from Google. Map sections stay blank until you press View map; only then does your browser load the map from Google, and Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts on every page, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page opens.
Google handles that information under its own privacy policy, not this one. If you would rather not load the map, simply leave the View map button alone; the address and phone number are on every page as plain text.
No analytics or advertising tracking
The site currently runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own. If that ever changes, for example by adding a visitor counter, this page will be updated first to say what was added and why.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone. Beyond the job-related sharing described above, we disclose details only when the law requires it.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging tree work. It is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your call notes deleted once a job is finished, call (916) 312-2373 at any hour. If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. See the terms of service for the rules on using the site.
